بهینه‌سازی عملکرد
مبدل‌های حرارتی.

مبدل حرارتی صفحه‌ای واشر دار (GPHE) دستگاهی است که برای انتقال حرارت بین دو یا چند جریان سیال (مایع یا گاز) استفاده می‌شود. این دستگاه از صفحات فلزی نازک و موجدار تشکیل شده است که توسط واشرها از هم جدا شده و در یک قاب فشرده می‌شوند. با جریان سیالات از طریق کانال‌های تشکیل شده بین صفحات، حرارت از سیال گرم‌تر به سیال سردتر منتقل می‌شود. طرح موجدار روی صفحات سطح انتقال حرارت را افزایش داده و باعث ایجاد آشفتگی در جریان سیال می‌شود که در نتیجه کارایی را بهبود می‌بخشد.

یکی از عوامل اصلی که تأثیر مستقیمی بر نرخ انتقال حرارت دارد، انتخاب جنس صفحات است. انتخاب مواد برای این اجزاء برای عملکرد بهینه و طول عمر بسیار مهم است. با درک خواص و کاربردهای مواد مختلف، مهندسان می‌توانند مبدل‌های حرارتی را برای نیازهای فرآیندی خاص بهینه سازی کنند.

برخی از مواد اصلی که استفاده شده‌اند عبارتند از: فولادهای ضد زنگ (304L، 316L، 321، 410 و …)، SMO (فولاد ضد زنگ فوق آستنیتی)، آلیاژهای تیتانیوم و حتی مواد پلیمری.

انواع صفحات

تخته موجدار

این الگو شبیه یک تخته موجدار، با مجموعه‌ای از برآمدگی‌ها و فرورفتگی‌های برجسته است.

جناغی یا شاه ماهی

این الگو با یک الگوی V شکل یا شاه ماهی مشخص می‌شود.

تخته موجدار با موج‌های ثانویه

این الگو نوعی تغییر یافته از الگوی تخته موجدار است، با موج‌های کوچک‌تر اضافی.

زیگزاگ

همانطور که از نامش پیداست، این الگو از مجموعه‌ای از خطوط یا چین‌های زیگزاگ تشکیل شده است.

برآمدگی‌ها و فرورفتگی‌ها

این الگو دارای برآمدگی‌های برجسته و فرورفتگی‌های مربوطه است.

تخته موجدار مایل

این الگو یک الگوی تخته موجدار است که با زاویه نسبت به جهت جریان اصلی قرار دارد.

پروفایل به‌روز شده واشر، آب‌بندی استثنایی را تضمین می‌کند، از نشتی جلوگیری می‌کند و عملکرد مطلوب را ارائه می‌دهد.

3. فرمولاسیون اختصاصی طاها قالب

فرمولاسیون اختصاصی واشر ما عملکرد استثنایی را در دماها و فشارهای بالا ارائه می‌کند و از استانداردهای صنعت فراتر می‌رود.

4. طراحی ضد نشتی برای مونتاژ آسان

طراحی نوآورانه واشر طاها قالب خطر نشتی را به حداقل می‌رساند و فرآیند مونتاژ را ساده می‌کند و در زمان و تلاش شما صرفه‌جویی می‌کند.

طاها قالب رویکردی جامع به طراحی و ساخت مبدل‌های حرارتی صفحه‌ای واشر دار خود دارد. با طراحی هر جزء در داخل شرکت، از الگوهای پیچیده صفحه گرفته تا مجموعه‌های قاب مستحکم، طاها قالب عملکرد و قابلیت اطمینان مطلوب را تضمین می‌کند. این سطح از کنترل امکان سفارشی‌سازی دقیق برای برآورده کردن نیازهای فرآیندی خاص، مانند پاستوریزاسیون و همگن‌سازی محصولات لبنی و نوشیدنی‌ها را فراهم می‌کند.

یکی از حیاتی‌ترین حوزه‌های فنی در تولید مبدل‌های حرارتی صفحه‌ای، توانایی شبیه‌سازی فرآیندها و طراحی دقیق و کارآمد این مبدل‌ها است. در حال حاضر، این قابلیت محدود به چند کشور است. لازم به ذکر است که انتخاب نادرست یک مبدل حرارتی صفحه‌ای و طراحی نادرست یا ناکارآمد، به دلیل استفاده از نرم‌افزار نامناسب یا محاسبات نادرست، می‌تواند منجر به افزایش هزینه‌ها، اختلال در تولید و حتی خسارات جانبی شود – اگر سیال خطرناکی در مبدل وجود داشته باشد. شرکت طاها قالب، بر اساس دانش بومی توسعه یافته در داخل شرکت، برای اولین بار در خاورمیانه توانسته است نرم‌افزار تخصصی برای طراحی انواع مختلف مبدل‌های حرارتی صفحه‌ای را توسعه دهد و در کنار پیشگامان جهان در این زمینه قرار گیرد.

تولید و کیفیت

چرخه کامل تولید مبدل حرارتی صفحه‌ای

طاها قالب کنترل کاملی بر کل چرخه تولید مبدل حرارتی صفحه‌ای دارد. از طراحی اولیه تا مونتاژ نهایی، تمام اجزا در داخل شرکت مهندسی می‌شوند و عملکرد و سفارشی‌سازی مطلوب را تضمین می‌کنند. این رویکرد جامع امکان سفارشی‌سازی دقیق مبدل‌های حرارتی برای نیازهای فرآیندی خاص را فراهم می‌کند.

تولید واشر در داخل شرکت

طاها قالب تنها شرکتی در خاورمیانه است که کل چرخه تولید مبدل‌های حرارتی صفحه‌ای را از ابتدا تا انتها در یک مرکز واحد در بر می‌گیرد. این رویکرد جامع شامل تمام مراحل فرآیند تولید، از جمله: تهیه مواد اولیه، طراحی مهندسی مبدل حرارتی، طراحی قالب‌های صفحه و واشر، ساخت قالب، شکل‌دهی صفحه، تولید واشر، تولید قاب، جوش لیزری، کنترل کیفیت خودکار، مونتاژ و تست عملکرد است. تولید مبدل‌های حرارتی صفحه‌ای در داخل شرکت طاها قالب، همراه با کسب اعتماد مشتری و حفاظت از مالکیت معنوی آن‌ها، امکان ارائه محصولاتی متناسب با نیازهای دقیق و حتی خاص هر مشتری را فراهم می‌کند. علاوه بر این، این رویکرد به طاها قالب قدرت می‌دهد تا مسئولیت کامل کیفیت و عملکرد محصولات خود را بر عهده بگیرد و رضایت بی‌دریغ مشتری را تضمین کند.

کنترل کیفیت دقیق

فرآیند تولید طاها قالب، از تهیه مواد اولیه تا مونتاژ نهایی، به طور دقیق توسط یک تیم تضمین کیفیت اختصاصی کنترل می‌شود. هر مرحله، از جمله شکل‌دهی صفحه، ماشین‌کاری، رنگ‌آمیزی و مونتاژ، برای اطمینان از رعایت بالاترین استانداردهای کیفیت نظارت می‌شود.
تکنیک‌های بازرسی پیشرفته، مانند بررسی‌های اتاق تاریک برای ابعاد و شکل صفحه، و تست‌های پیشرفته برای سختی و آب‌بندی واشر، برای مطابقت با معیارهای کیفیت جهانی استفاده می‌شوند.

زمان تحویل

تاسیسات صنعتی با مشکلات حیاتی مبدل حرارتی که با قطعی‌های غیرمنتظره مواجه می‌شوند، می‌توانند ضررهای روزانه بسیار زیادی، اغلب بیش از میلیون‌ها دلار، متحمل شوند. با توجه به حساسیت زمانی در عملکرد واحدها، ما به دلیل داشتن چرخه تولید کامل، سریع‌ترین در خاورمیانه هستیم.
یکی از مزایای اصلی تولید کاملاً داخلی محصولات شرکت طاها قالب، کنترل دقیق و سریع چرخه تولید است که مزیت اصلی آن تولید سریع و خودکار محصولات است. این امر بدون داشتن یک سیستم مدیریت پروژه یکپارچه امکان پذیر نیست.

مرکز خدمات تعمیر و نگهداری  طاها قالب بزرگترین مرکز تخصصی تعمیر مبدل‌های حرارتی در کشور است. مهندسان متخصص می‌توانند مبدل‌های حرارتی واشر دار، نیمه جوشی و جوشی را در سایت‌های مرکز خدمات ما جدا، تعمیر، بازسازی و تمیز کنند. کارشناسان فنی در ابتدا تمام قسمت‌های مبدل حرارتی صفحه‌ای را بررسی می‌کنند. پس از آن قطعات آسیب دیده بلافاصله با قطعات جدید جایگزین می‌شوند، مبدل حرارتی مونتاژ شده توسط تجهیزات تست هیدرواستاتیک مطابق با API 662 یا سایر استانداردها آزمایش می‌شود. پس از آزمایش، تکنسین‌های خدمات ما مبدل‌های حرارتی صفحه‌ای را برای بسته‌بندی، بارگیری و ارسال به مقصد آماده می‌کنند.
